Chef Riccardo Quadri

Riccardo Quadri, born in Switzerland in 1994, originally studied economics in London, but his passion for cooking led him to Alma, the International School of Italian Cuisine.

 

After graduating, he gained experience in top Swiss restaurants like Villa Principe Leopoldo and Ristorante Da Candida.

 

 

In 2016, he crossed paths with chef Carlo Cracco, and by 2017, he had joined Cracco's team, working at Carlo e Camilla in Segheria and Ristorante Cracco in Galleria. After a stint under Yannick Alléno at Resort Réva, he returned to work with Cracco as sous-chef in Portofino.

 

In 2022, he opened his own restaurant, Quadri Bistrot, where his culinary vision truly came to life.
