Our Lounge Bar is a gem of elegance and intimacy, featuring large windows overlooking Via Solferino, a stylish counter, brick arches, and an exceptional bottle collection boasting over 350 selections. It's designed to make you feel at home, perfect for a business lunch, an aperitif, or to kick off or continue your evening.

Our cocktail bar serves both classic mixology staples and unique creations by our bartender. If you prefer wine, our cellar offers over 200 labels carefully selected from top Italian and international wineries.

On the food side, our Chef has crafted various options ideal for sharing. Enjoy our selection of charcuteries and cheeses, or indulge in a feast of raw seafood.

COCKTAIL BAR

During aperitif time, drinks will be accompanied by Cerignola green olives, salted almonds and a selection of Finger Food.

THROUGH THE BARREL

A one-of-a-kind journey into the world of oxidation, featuring a masterful blend of three distinct sherries. Aromas of hazelnut and wood captivate the senses, while sweetness and acidity play harmoniously on the palate. Undiluted and served neat, this drink is elevated by a daring garnish: hazelnut oil, hazelnut paste, and a pinch of Maldon salt. Every sip is an adventure for those bold enough to embrace the barrel’s secrets.

GREENER THAN THE GRASS NEXT DOOR

A cocktail that brings the garden to your glass. In this vibrant twist on a classic Fizz, white rum, London Dry gin, and green Chartreuse blend seamlessly with Pedro Ximénez Sherry. Fresh lime and pea syrup add brightness and vitality, while a garnish of dehydrated peas and edible flowers ties it all together. It’s fresh, lively, and irresistibly green—an aromatic stroll through a spring meadow.

CARROT OR TOMATO?

This unconventional take on the Bloody Mary delivers a playful, “soupy” twist. Sea urchin-infused vodka is paired with carrot juice and a zesty Bloody mix for a surprising, flavor-packed experience. Topped with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil and fresh sorrel leaves, this cocktail reimagines the humble carrot in the most unexpected way.

BASIL AND ASH

A bold, smoky twist on the Basil Smash. Mezcal brings its signature intensity to a mix of tomato and basil cordial, balanced by hints of citrusy coriander and the unexpected brightness of coffee liqueur. A tomato crisp and savory Taggiasca olive powder complete the experience, making every sip a rich and intriguing explosion of flavors.

THROUGH THE ALLEYS OF MILAN

A love letter to Milan in cocktail form. Campari and Rabarbaro Zucca create a harmonious blend of bitter and sweet, while pink pepper soda adds a subtle, spicy effervescence. The finishing touch—a burst of orange and vanilla—delivers a sensory surprise. This is Milan, captured in a glass.

NEW FASHIONED

An inventive take on the Old Fashioned, where timeless sophistication meets modern creativity. Silky grapefruit-glucose syrup adds a luscious texture, while saffron-infused bourbon enhances the cocktail’s rich, woody depth. A duo of Bogart’s and Angostura bitters layers in complexity, and a delicate garnish of white chocolate infused with saffron provides a decadent finishing touch. Classic, redefined.

VELVET ORCHARD

Smooth, refined, and brimming with elegance, this non-alcoholic sour is crafted with homemade pear jam and Seedlip spirits. Lemon juice adds a crisp, zesty edge, while cacao nibs lend a sophisticated finish. The result is a perfectly balanced sip that’s equal parts fresh and indulgent.

CITRUS REVERIE

A sparkling celebration of citrus in all its glory. A lively blend of citrus mix, oleo saccharum, and chestnut honey is brought to life by bold carbonation, served straight from the siphon. A fragrant crust of dried citrus completes this effervescent mocktail, delivering a burst of freshness and energy with every sip.
